Also available are their pixelated people in a wallpaper named "Peecol" and some graphic pixelated repeat pattern designs. Not for those who favor subtlety.

About eBoy:
eBoy was founded in 1997 by Kai Vermehr, Steffen Sauerteig and Sven Smital with the acquisition of the eBoy.com domain. The basic idea driving eBoy was the embracement of the new possibilities of the emerging digital world. The decision to directly work on and for the screen led to the use of pixels. A modular based work system started to evolve and resulted in complex object rich artwork. eBoy is lucky to have worked with some of the finest clients and partners. Among them are Adidas, Coca Cola, Pepsi, Paul Smith, DKNY, Kidrobot, MTV, The New York Times, Wired Magazine and many, many more. eBoy currently is based in Berlin/Germany and in Vancouver/Canada.

Wallpaper Republic of Australia is yet another wonderful wallpaper company who collaborates with artists to create wall coverings that are not mass-produced. Like Rollout of Canada, they have many styles of artwork by artists from all over the world, which has been printed as wallpaper that can be purchased from their online store here.

New Artist Wallpapers From Rollout; Bollywood on Acid & Pantone!

I did a post awhile ago on Vancouver's Rollout, a creative design company that produces custom wallpaper as well as a series of artist designed wallpapers.

Their latest custom designs include two fabulous patterns for Mango Shiva, a contemporary Indian restaurant in Calgary.

When Rollout sat down with Kam Dhillon over some mango lhassi and asked what he was looking for in his custom wallpapers, he thought a moment and said "The Beatles go to Bollywood on an Acid Trip". They smiled and said: "No problem Kam. No problem at all."

The project required 1000 sq/ft of wallpaper for the Girls & Boys Restroom walls and ceilings. The overall aesthetic of the main room was too elegant and restrained but Mr. Dhillon wanted the bathrooms to be lush with vibrant colour and imagery.

I think they achieved it, see for yourself:

The latest additions to their artist designed series (and available for purchase) are the following three designs, including one that's as close to Pantone wallpaper as I can find, thus far:

The Owl, the Cat and the Hand by Pandarosa

View below to see how the "uncoated' design is on the roll in it's entirety:

WWFT (We Work For Them):

Exposif wallpapers are printed on Adhesive Synthetic Paper which is thin, light and flexible with a durable, wet-strength base. It delivers accurate colors and vivid results on its high-quality matte surface. Application is easy: the wallpaper comes in panels measuring 100cm (40 inches) in width, and as long as the client requires. Due the extreme thinness of the paper, there are no visible overlaps, and the final result is a perfectly seamless wallscape.

Prices are calculated at a flat rate of €325.00 ($415.00) plus €29.00 per sqare meter ($3.50 per square foot).

About Maxalot:

Maxalot crosses digital arts with emerging pop surrealism, aiming to reach broad audiences with individuals and studios who break boundaries in art and design.

Since their debut in 2003, Maxalot has set course to become an influential force in the global graphic and design community and now incorporates an online boutique offering unique objets d'art, limited edition giclée prints and graphic wallscapes.

Formerly based in Barcelona, the Maxalots have returned to their motherland, Holland and now curate exhibitions in a series of unconventional venues throughout the city. Maxalot brings together graphic design, iconography, street art and all the hybrids in between to create exhibitions and creative projects related to the art of image-making.

Running things at Maxalot are Max Akkerman and Lotje Sodderland.
